HAR CTF

Participation

You may participate in one of the following ways:

• From the campground;
• remotely via VPN.

The CTF will take place in a private network, probably 10.0.0.0/8. Each team will be assigned an own subnet.

If you are at the HAR, you will get access to the CTF network through a VLAN that we assign to a router next to you. You will need to bring your own switch to route the subnet to your teammates.

If you cannot visit HAR, you can participate over the VPN. You will be issued a X509-Certificate and have to join the network using an OpenVPN client. One of your machines will have to serve as a VPN router.

In either case, you have to register your team. You are encouraged to do this as early as possible, to make the planning easier for us. Also, only a limited number of slots are available.
